Here at Fintelligent Legal, we’re currently servicing a number of clients hiring needs within the private practice market. We are working with one particular top US law firm which is looking for a number of real estate associates in their team.

They have 3 live roles for Associates, focussing on corporate real estate transactions (M&A), investment fund formation with a focus on real estate funds, joint ventures and LP’s. They also have another associate opening for their core real estate team with a focus on development, investments and general real estate law.

They are particularly interested in candidates that have both investment funds and corporate experience in order to cover both areas of the team.

For the corporate RE and RE funds roles they are looking for candidates between 3-5 PQE.

For the general real estate role they are looking for an associate at NQ-2PQE.

The firm is a growing presence in London, however offers top quality real estate work as their firm is ranked as one of the best globally for transactional and development. It will allow direct access to some of the biggest and most interesting clients for people wanting to develop their career at a truly elite practice, as well as maintaining a comparable worklife balance to a European firm.

Candidates should be qualified as a Solicitor of England & Wales, however we would still like to see applicants from equally as regarded jurisdictions. In terms of direct experience, the ideal candidate should also have studied at a top university and having previously worked/trained at other highly reverred law firms.
